Public Procurement Authority

Notifications of Public Interest

The Public Procurement Authority pays great attention to the proper handling of notifications of public interest and complaints. Anyone can send a notification to the Public Procurement Authority in case of a suspected violation of public procurement law. The President of the Public Procurement Authority examines the content of the inquiries submitted as notifications of public interest, and if the breach of public procurement legislation can be established, it will take the necessary steps to conduct a substantive investigation or initiate legal remedies.
