Public Procurement Authority

Notice Control

The control of notices is an important element of the multi-stage control system built into the process of the public procurement procedure, which is carried out with a very short deadline of 2 working days by the Public Procurement Authority. The aim of the control is to ensure that the notices are published in accordance with public procurement legislation and with coherent content within the given notice, while observing the prescribed deadlines. Through the elimination of errors and deficiencies, the notice control activity greatly contributes to the lawful conduct of public procurement procedures and to increasing the transparency of public procurement procedures.
